I have been using Instacart for about 3 months. Until recently, everything was fine. I placed an order yesterday October 17th that totaled $83, after submitting the purchase I found that I had forgotten the baby food, so I chose to add items to my recently submitted item. The total was $95. INSTACART!! charged me $83 AND $95 damn dollars!! It wasn`t until the next day that I realized I had been charged a total of $178!!!!! After trying to contact customer service, I was finally told that I would get my remaining excess amount back in 3-5 business days. This is absolutely ridiculous and if you use this company/app, don`t do it!! Add items after submitting your order!! Although they tell you you can. I have tried them twice now and both times my card has been charged, but I have never received the purchased items. First from Costco, then from Publix. The first time, the next day, they delivered me a product that had spent the night in someone`s refrigerator. This second time, no deliveries were received. Now it takes 5-10 business days for a refund. Oddly enough, it only took 5-10 minutes to top up my card. Let`s see if they keep their word by reimbursing me.

What a scam! Poor service. Prices are high. I was given a gallon of milk from costco instacart that expired the same day. The Stakart service representative will not put everything in order for you. It is a waste of money. My whole order was never delivered, they said I cancelled the order even though I had written with the buyer Stacart for about an hour while he was buying my items, and then in the middle of my order he just stopped shopping and left!!! I never heard from him again. And then customer service told me I had to reorganize everything! Seriously, like letting them withdraw another $250.00 from my account!!! I will never use this delivery service again unless Kroger changes the service they contracted with! Incredibly terrible service from Instacart. Consumer tip: Don`t use instacart. They are scammers. If I charged money for a Kroger order, I will not be refunded. Never use Instacart.

Horrible company. I will never use them again and I advise you not to use Instacart. Crooked company. Attract with promises, but don`t keep them. Instacart is a reputable company that offers a safe and convenient way to buy groceries without having to go to stores. Service can be a game changer for busy families – grocery shopping is a time-consuming ride, and being able to assign it to someone else saves hours in your day. Instacart is a great option for those who don`t like grocery shopping or want to spend their time doing something else. Fees are minimal and regular Instacart members can upgrade to Instacart Express and reduce these fees even more. I`ve ordered 15 times via Instacart, the last ones being by far the worst rude miscommunication skills of shoppers totally despising everything you say when they ask you something and you answer, it`s like I`m talking to a brick wall, I`m done with Instacart. I haven`t delivered items that I`ve purchased and never added or received in my cart before. I`m disabled, I`ve asked them to leave it on the porch, but lately they don`t, although I tip them.

Instacart is terrible. Expensive delivery, plus “service” fees and tips, then they get the wrong order but extra items and expired and leave your door completely warm. Not controlling the temperature as promised and trying to call the customer`s device and explain your problems with your order is like calling hell. You can`t ask them based on accents and they keep saying the same thing and they never solve the problem! I gave them so many chances and every time it`s just horrible. You can make changes to your order until your buyer starts working on your list. During your purchases, you can always chat with your customer if necessary. Ordering your groceries online can be a great way to reduce time spent in store and money on impulse purchases. And since you have internet at your fingertips, you can also quickly compare prices between stores.
